We process nearly 1,000 new documents each day. We were looking for a solution providing not only storage for all of these documents but also the automatization of document flow throughout our company. A solution which would be robust, while at the same time user friendly. Though DOCU‑X focuses mainly on small and mid‐sized companies, it is able to meet all of our requirements.
Our company, LANIK s.r.o., uses four fully integrated international standards, which pose a high level of requirements on documentation management.
The biggest contribution of implementing DOCU‑X was the speediness and simplification of the entire document management process, followed by a user‐friendly environment and training. The entire process, starting at document creation, commenting, approval, release and notification, is fully managed by the system; all involved parties are informed about assigned tasks by notification emails.
We are also planning to use the system for controlled flow of trade documents. DOCU‑X has big potential for us, and we can see SOCOS IT developing this potential by delivering tailored solutions to our specific needs.

In D2G, we yearly process approximately 10,000 incoming invoices. The DOCU‑X application shortened the time requirement needed for invoice entry by 80%. Thanks to validation of the scanned text against our ERP data, we eliminated human data entry errors as well.
