Carbounion Group, the largest independent trader of coal and electricity on the Czech market, has decided to move to electronic document management in their companies. The project involves scanning and data extraction from documents (DOCU‑X OCR), document management and approval (DOCU X‑DMS) and integration to ERP Helios Orange.
In JABLOTRON SECURITY a.s. which is the most sophisticated security center in the Czech Republic and which help to protect more than 50 000 premises, started the project of implementation of DOCU‑X. This project is not just about documents, but thanks to openness of DOCU‑X also about catgorizing, workflow and archiving of phone calls.
